there is not many sellers so buybacks are slow thus low volume, time will tell and if they need to get to their target volume then the SP has to rise to pull in sellers, catch 22, when the SP risers then they are reluctant to sell, I think 47c was the max buy price, soon we will have a low volume of retail holders!
