phil, as someone who has held HEG for quite sometime, I will be damned annoyed (to put it very mildly) if they do any more share placements. This is especially after they said when the last cap raising was finished that they had no intentions of doing it again, and would fund further exploration out of revenues. The dilution since I have been holding has been more than enough.
