Unfortunately they need the cash to commercialise IMO
Also the $40M raised a long time ago was at a premium in the $0.20 odd range so no doubt the connections their have waited and I believe this same institutional investor will be offered an opportunity to receive more shares to compensate their previous injection of funds.
Like all posters on here - for us LTSH - it should have been allowed to run, however since it hasn't it adds to the scenario stated above.
Picked the CR,
Suggesting Institutional Investors at a possible +ve premium.
Just wished it was allowed to run.
