Doc, agreed and no doubt first ann was badly worded and a stuff up. However management realised their mistake and quickly responded by using more careful, positive and frequent updates.
Alos IMO management should consider themselves very lucky for the results to turn out better than initially anticipated.

There was a mistake/error in judgment, it happens to the best of us. No point getting frustrated about any longer, yes we will probably unlikely see triple returns this season (I’m hopeful for double)
My question is, in your view what should we or management do about it?
Im not for change of management at this stage, more uncertainty and instability, let’s leave them complete the job they’ve started.

Perhaps, if possible, management should not be getting any performance bonus this year.
