    I find this a bit surprising. ITC is full of activity, but VPE has 60% of the territory that it shares with ITC, i.e. these "oil fairway" grounds presently flooded - but the floods will not make the oil underground disappear...
    Wonder how this "ITC thing" will play out for ITC and also what the effects will be on VPE as well??
