Antman4 organised the previous shareholder group. Similar approach as the current one: assemble 5%+ votes and advocate for change. I think he met a few times with the CEO, and he seemed at times quite upbeat that some positive outcome could be achieved.
But in the end it seemed impossible, and I think he gave up on his effords, sold and moved on.
