He means well, but I would like to see more rigour with his argument that the stock is going down. A post on technical analysis or a review of the economic fundamentals of the business may provide us with insights we are missing. Unfortunately I think he is positioned on the wrong side of the ledger and is probably scared of the threat that this technology brings to someone teaching IT.

The growth of AI is a direct threat to peoples jobs and once you have a conversational talking head that can answer questions and impart knowledge, then traditional job roles are going to be redundant.

But with cash in the bank, a strong technical team and a clear set of deliverables, then barring any black swan events, the fundamentals of Unith should drive the share price higher not lower.

As an example, Brainchip went from a lowly 3 cents in March 2020 to around 90 cents by September 2020 and there is no reason that Unith can't emulate that performance. These types of stocks that have both a story and sound fundamentals can move fast and far.

In fact, interest rates are already going down (CBA reduced my interest rate yesterday) and sidelined cash is going to flood back into the market in my view, and you only have to look at the premiums that Brainchip and Appen were commanding, to realise how high prices can go.

In my view, by being in the right sector (AI), at the right time and delivering to plan, this stock has more upside than downside and I am positioned accordingly.
