in the scientific world p<0.05 is the minimum level to attain statistical significance.
Anything lower than that obviously improves the level of statistical significance, eg p<0.04 and so on
to obtain better chance of significance is increasing sample size and reducing variation and "noise" in the data" that only be achieved by increasing substantially the study
