Here are "two other possible" outcomes to your BS
1) The vote goes ahead and the SH vote " Yes" and the acquisition moves forward
or
2) SGI runs out of cash and a deal is struck with SH's to save the company before it goes into receivership. CYL will come to its rescue because we have money in bank !
