    Sorry I don't have access to the full report can you post fig 15.
    No we hope the share price will be a lot higher but everyone wants to get the shares as cheap as possible. So if they are going to make an announcement for debt approval and a cap raise at the same time why buy now when you can get in at 10 cents?
