The company informs it's shareholders and the Market when the doors are closed.

For example :-
Mary and Joe Blogs call the company frequently during Passover with a $20m order.
Answerphone-auto says 'we can't take your order right now - please call back within the times of paying respect to religious holidays'

Look, they even used an excuse in a past announcement of a slowdown in income being attributed to a Lunar Holiday - or something to that effect.

C'mon, what has that got to do with generating income ?
