Legman, young fellow, you are getting a lot of advice, but not too much substance to work with.

The workings of EECP is hard to unravel. I don't think you will get into the nitty gritty of it or the parent company.

My understanding is that EECP is a part of ECP, which is a private LL Company. (I think).

They do, however, seem to have a definite MO when dealing with small amounts. Below is one similar to that with NRZ. Useless info but interesting, IMO.
