The reality of the situation is, that even if the complaints to ASIC were to result in action, you wont know about it for a long long time.
In the short term, as @phx is pointing out, you are all working yourselves up into knots over something that would not come to pass until long after all of the current term milestones would be completed (if it was to even materialize at all, which I have no faith in happening). In fact I would argue that nothing would come out of an ASIC investigation until MIN was close to 100% ownership if not already delisting (not because of anything nefarious but just simply the passage of time).
By no means am I saying that you should stop putting together the case to submit to ASIC, just taper your expectations of the outcome.
