St Barbara shareholders should vote against the deal going ahead, sack the board and trade out of this situation. Guidance is still 240k - 265k oz and with the AUD gold price near $3,000 / oz, SBM shareholders would be better off. The way this is headed it is already a bad deal for SBM shareholders and it looks like they are setting us up to hand over a bigger slice of the pie.
