As much as I hate to admit it I'm inclined to agree with you davidcasey.
I'm not in favour of letting HNC walk away with the price via a fire sale, they haven't been forthcoming with any shareholder beneficial solutions. Correct me if I'm wrong but their selling placed some downward pressure on the stock at one stage.
Also hypothetically, what case is there to answer if the so called pirates dont end up with the loot....
Very rarely does emotive behaviour bring about a desirable outcome....
