i think its reasonble to think ASIC wont do anything about it so we shouldnt get our hopes held up too high... but I also think we should make noise about it as this exposes discredit and distrust in the market, and means future investors may be less likely to be involved if the market is not fair.... so maybe, ASIC or a non sycophantic journalist will at least acknowledge that....

I am against being divisive though. We can have different opinions but we need to hold back if we are in conflict with each other. We're going to be better if we can balance different opinions and push a group agenda: to aim for a fair trade.
