To be honest, I would not be surprised to find that the recent sell off is attributed predominately to Europeans reacting to the recent market turmoil. There was reported interest in the TCM project with buyers waiting in the wings for the agreement to be finalised. Perhaps these investors who got in early have been banking on the recent announcements being that confirmation.
My best guess is that once the European crisis dies off and we get that announcement, there will be a fair bounce. Only time will tell.
