Inflation is made up of energy and property. They cant manage energy - only the US can and they have gone full ESG woke instead of flooding the market and being at the mercy of OPEC like weakling losers. So RBA has no help there. Rents are rising due to rates rising - for inflation to fall in rents rates need to stop raising. Its a shrewed decision by the RBA.
