I'm going to play Devil's Advocate and say that they are trying to raise the bare minimum needed for the consideration payments. If anything, I'm worried that they will need more cash potentially versus what is currently is on hand + to be raised.
Compare to other start-ups / tech coys like MME, the amount of dilution we are facing in this round is minimal.
