Where? I don't have a copy of the prospectus. Wasn't this a CPS special to sophs only (initially anyway until we started asking internationally)?

EDIT: I realise I mistakenly said 'prospectus' in my initial post. I actually meant the announcement which summarised the breakdown of the 5 mill proposed raise. I've never actually seen the actual prospectus. It's a good point - the answer to my question should be in the fine print.
