yes but I am referring when GMD was selling for a song. There was very large holder who went bankrupt and had to sell all his GMD shares. Former politician.
Then GMD was selling for around 2.5c and already had decent resource. This is when ALK should have acted. GMD management would not have any say here if ALK offered 5c most holders would have sold as they all suffered for long time. Once ALK had control of GMD they could have sacked the management.
