As you say every where is negative globally but we can't dwell on it. IT only needs a signature on a piece of paper(MS1051) to turn the fortunes of Toro around, and that maybe difficult but not impossible. I would like to see management actually give it crack at getting it accomplished in stead of the lip service we have been getting about it in past announcements.
