I guess that would depend on how you define "night".
Probably the best answer would be "on the body you're standing on's shadow", so yes. (If the sun is just blocked by a near-ish body, I'd call that an eclipse rather than night)
On the moon, that would be when the sun is not in the sky on the part of the moon you are standing on.
