Not to mention that I suspect the NSTA would also want to see proof of funding prior to final approval.
This story is now well de risked from funding, from approvals and from a value BOE equivalent. Let the market do its thing, perhaps add some ant these prices and come back in a months time. I suspect there will be some pretty happy investors by then.
