They have done well Sarg but isn't that what they are paid to do?? It's a remuneration question in my view. Hence would like to know sal/dir fees received and previous 'incentive issues' (if any).
Don't have any great qualms with their 18 mill @ 4 c/shr but, in my view & being somewhat old fashioned, significantly greater analysis required to justify the free shares (partic in relation to the hurdles set). "Other companies do this..." as some have said, doesnt mean we should accept it. AT least we get a vote !!
