I believe that funding will be put into the JV vehicle.
So EMG has it's $3m from last raising, then the placement to CMIC (top of head $4m), then the options currently in the money for exercise in September.
DEG is owed $4.5m cash by end of financial year. I am unsure of whether the JV vehicle or EMG is responsible for this payment.
That is why I'm suggesting possibility of a cap. raising and/or other commercialisation plans emerging over the next couple of weeks (perhaps in relation to their base metals operations????)
