Actually, they were looking for $2.7m. So more than $2m to go.
As per back in Nov 22 with the loyalty options, there wasn't a lot of up-take. Some here complained about the 1:30 offered not being enough. I hope they requested more than their basic entitlement. It was reasonable to expect there would be a shortfall due to the 1:30 offering.
I expect the remaining shares to be placed on the back of previously forecast positive announcements. It shouldn't be long before they announce the completion of the transition from CM to Fremont.
