    The last i saw they stood firm on their forecasts, other than reducing the surplus they had previously estimated (something like 70,000 tonnes).

    These was their predictions:
    Lithium carbonate (per tonne)
    Spot: US$61,350
    2023: US$53,300
    2024: US$11,000
    2025: US$11,000

    Lithium spodumene 6% (per tonne)
    Spot: US$5,800
    2023: US$4,330
    2024: US$800
    2025: US$800

    Now I think I'll bet my left nut that spot prices do not go down in 12-18 months almost to levels previously seen a few years ago when Lithium wasn't in demand at all (and one reason why NAL fell over).

    Between now and then, how many new mines are coming on board ? Less than a handful.
    Their reasoning ? China has more than they expected.

    Didn't stop them investing heavily into a few lithium companies however lol
