Do you have it on good authority Nigel is in DRC? If so that is indeed positive. Our expensive mediator tweeted last week that the first multi party meeting (Cominiere, AVZ & Dathomir?) had been held to break the impasse and start working collaboratively together - fingers crossed this is the start of coming out of this with a workable solution. Just repeating our legal ownership interpretation is not going to push this project along whilst adversaries continue the badmouthing - being in-country, talking and negotiating is the only way.
