All you need to read page 12 of the document these are not bonuses but are actually shares in lue of cash form their incomes.
The company as a 40% reinvestment clause of income for these guys until their share holdings reach 3 times their saleries.
In actual fact they are not recieving their full incomes at this time I am guessing to reduce the strain on capital so there is money to do drilling and studies.
your thoughts?
