Am I correct in belieing a 5.1 consolidation gives a 0.01 sp and a 10.1 consolidation gives a .02 sp? Is that a coincidence that management get millions of shares at these share prices?
A better outcome would be anything under .02 sp management take a pay cut of x% for every pip under .02.
