Because Chris has gone, that left 2 directors. Company cannot run with 2 directors.
So Gernot got a lifestyle director to fill in so to keep to lights on for him to legally keep taking a salary.
These directors are common, just sign on to forfill ASX obligations
Note, as said prior cannot find anything about him on the internet. He wont be bringing anything to MMG to write about.
Remember he left his last directorship within 10 weeks last year.
