It looks more like PRL is proposing to buy something that will represent a material and significant change to PRL’s business activities. ASX is forcing them to consult shareholders (us) first and get approval. And also insisting on recompliance with listing rules, which is somewhat troubling - was PRL attempting to do this without consultation?
