Garnaut is an economist or is he a climate change modeller? Always interesting when economists throw their weight behind what should be a scientific debate and launch pre-emptive policies based on belief alone.
It's even more farcical when an economist, acting in isolation, attempts to throw his weight behind an ill conceived draft on taxation reform.
This guy must have a massive intellect that is capable of not only predicting climate change but also simultaneously assessing the effects of draft policy on multiple stakeholders.
But this brain is nothing compared to the shining intellect of our PM who is currently ridding the world of nuclear weapons, single handedly preventing dangerous climate change, saving whales in the antarctic and creating a fair go for working families.
