My thoughts are opinions regarding AUC;
1. Freehold Real Estate Investment (Pro)
2. No Native Title (Pro)
3. Substantial Institutional Investors (Pro)
4. Gold resource is being upgraded quarterly (Pro)
5. Open pit low cost (Pro)
6. Currently trading at or near their NTA (Pro)
7. In situ Gold @ 2.16MOz or USD$4.32B valuation
8. No free cash flow yet (Con)
9. More dilution of shareholder equity required to build the mine necessary, could see a further 50% dilution of the number of shares (Con)
However, the Pros outweigh the Cons in my personal view.
AUC appears to be upgrading their resource in line with capital raising and thus any further dilution of
AusGold (ASX: AUC) a wonderful freehold real estate asset with growing valuation
