The only positive I can see for these performance rights is the incentive to improve the SP. Imagine if AZL reaches $1... Paul will have a net worth of $100,000,000 just from his performance rights, that's ridiculous.
Thankfully, the directors 'voluntarily' put their shares into escrow for 12 months. So that eases fears at least for the next year that they were just a pump and dump crew. They will be stuck with us through the next few major announcements etc..
Obviously they could dump in 12 months, but by then if the SP is over 50c I think we will all be very happy..
