Got to worth a few dollars more than cap if it could be approved to be mined ...
as we know Lochnivar has 49Mt indicated resource(plus 100Mt+ exploration upside) ... present SGX coking coal price works out @ A$447t ... if there was a trade sale of the project for say 50c per ton indicated coal = A$24.5mill. or maybe even better $1 per ton = A$49mill ... but might well be pie in the sky hopes as any keen buyer would save millions just take out NAE for 15-20mill etc ... maybe we could see a few mill cash payment for 51% control of the project with more payment if the project can be progressed with royalty payment per ton in sales etc...
I really hope something positive happens here as I've missed out on many other great returns while my NAE holding has dumped 30%!!!
