Well, in the name of clarity they need to get rid of these business units such as Global Division, Global Product, New markets and be better streamlined.

The work in hand is always going to important - as is for every engineering company.

I know what they are trying to do - as each business unit has a carrying value for example if the company decides to sell China business unit they would get US$300m for it easily and thats sub-value for shareholders and optimal for the buyer.

They need to create business units that makes sense with duration and contract values.

What we know is that projects counts are at an all time high and contract values are at an all time high. But business units need to make better sense.

Still early days but with a AU$600m p/a base they should work through it.
