Looks like Vert-Eco and Hydrodec Deal maybe Very Close and with 65mln Shares in Vert-Eco being issued to VTI @ 10P With Vert-Eco SP @ 13.25 Already a very Nice Premium for VTI, Talk in the City of Vert-Eco climbing to 25p Short Term on the back of Other Deals being Announced Short Term ;-)))

Rumours are that VRT have got further Acquisitions To bolt on, this will only Increase VTI's value as they will be holding 40% of VRT.
I would not discount deal announcements in the Short Term form VTI's main Technology Bauxsol as this has now had US Approval ;-)))
