however, asx appears to be referring to "proposed acquisition"

The Hyenergy project was acquired long ago in 2021 itself and definitely ASX was informed about it.

is there something new that was being informed to ASX.. either way (where PRL was acquiring something or PRL being acquired)???

if someone's taking over the whole company, I don't think 17th April was a hurdle.. as it's not just the project but the company itself.

imo, there's definitely something is a miss here..

any thoughts.
