We are meant to be in a renewables and EV boom. LTR was trading at 1.50 or so because lithium is in oversupply(BS) and out of nowhere a takeover offer comes in at a 60% premium.
A nickel project i know was given a major project status by the Australian Govt. went to near $2 and now 50 cents. Same project, nickel still needed but the market has taken near 75% off the market price. Not that the project has deteriorated just that this is the way the market works.
ASM isn't alone that is for sure.
I am also hoping for a positive update as well and an announcement if they get the first major offtake agreement would be great.
