I think we should see progress being made shortly on a few fronts if incentives are to be taken into account, company announcement dated 29/10/2008. When Mark Paterson and Greg Smith were taken on board they were given a swag of options and shares as performance incentives, i know $1.00 is a tall order with only 5 months to go, but when you look at what is coming up and what they have achieved to date, anything is possible.
