Most of that land came from his 2014 invasion. Since the peak “success” of his 2022 invasion he’s lost 54% of captured land.

Since mid last years he’s gone backward and only managed to halt that rearward retreat.

He has wasted hundreds of thousands of his troops and lost material he cannot replace.

I’d call that quite pathetic for the 2nd (rate) army of the world.

Definitely not the definition of winning.
