i have no idea what LGE's due diligence covered though whatever it covered LGE must have been satisfied - ASIC ? - if LGE were concerned about it they would have exited.
LGE are still engaged with AUZ / Sconi - will anything result I don't know - they could pull out at anytime- but clearly given we are now into April LGE has some motivation to remain engaged with AUZ /Sconi in an attempt to reach a satisfactory basis for an ongoing involvement in Sconi.
