the new board had taken over 18 months ago and had pitched to shareholders with the promise of ready opportunities for growth & M& A consolidation. This strategy document indicates at least another 12 months before anything is remotely ready on this front. We have also already had plans in place for the expansion of the current operations but still have not executed. To be honest there was an overall an expectation of a lot more action and execution on these fronts from the time the new board took control…. Pretty poor overall, we’re shareholders sold a dream?
