    Quite simple actually.

    They purposely but illogically ask for aud2.2mil to be transferred to Aust as the way of outing Kenneth and also lay the groundwork to deny knowledge that trust funds are not there so it temporarily washes their hands clean of the fraud that's being exposed. Thats how people could view it maybe.

    Thats the rationale if someone were in that position would play the card this way imo
