    Will be interesting to see if it is the same PE group that has put the offer to Healthscope.

    Hospital, Pathology and Pharma in one company - I would love to see that.

    Add a few other small bolt on comapnies and you would have a large health conglomerate which would have some nice vertical integration and pricing power.

    Long term it would be a belter, but looks like the PE guys will benefit.
