8.1 - Margin lending (Page 9)
Designated Persons are not permitted to enter into margin lending arrangements in relation to
the Company’s Securities. This is on the grounds that the terms may require the Company’s
Securities to be sold during a Prohibited Period or when the Designated Person possesses
Inside Information.
Its a clear breach of this policy the entering into the loan with Aaron Lee for the 900K
IOU 249D, page-129
