haha I can't answer that question for you mate.

But here are the deciding factors:

Do you think this Euro crisis will go on for much longer?
What is your risk profile?
Do you believe the company will obtain a JV before lease expiry?

In my opinion, now is a very cheap re entry because the speculation around JV will drive the price up when market conditions are a tad better.

And IF JV comes into fruition then you will most likely 2 - 3 x your investment.

BUT there is significant risk as well, FAR after all is a speculative play.

If you're going to lose sleep over putting money into FAR then I would say don't do it. If you can handle risk then it's a good 'educated' punt.
