First of all, the only thing blind is yourself. Go on the trial page and read what it says next to 'masking.'
Not only are your reading skills lacking, so are your maths skills. Take Patient 005 out of the results and the mean healing rate is about 60% - a significant improvement over the SOC of 40%.

@atomikrej's post #67177449. The patient looks like they previously had a toe amputated, likely due to prior healing issues with SOC treatment. The patch has saved this person and the taxpayer thousands of dollars from a future operation, let alone the pain and anguish associated with having to undergo invasive surgery to amputate a toe or even an entire leg. What a fantastic outcome for this patient. Even if the remaining 14 patients 'only' have a mean healing % of 60% after 28 days, that is still a substantial improvement in the quality of life.
Looking forward to this trial wrapping up sometime in the middle of the year and results 6 months after that.
